 Joseph Sturniolo – CEO of Joseph S. Sturniolo & Associates, Inc. Joe established the company in 1995 and leads a team of specialists in investment planning, financial services and estate planning strategies. As a Certified Financial Planner and member of the International Association of Financial Planners, Joe has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry including acting as Senior Vice President of Prudential Securities and Vice President of Investments at Kidder Peabody. Having managed over $100 million in assets for more than 300 clients at Prudential Securities, Joe was listed in the Chairman’s Council of the top 100 advisors and is currently one of the top five Financial Planners with Geneos Wealth Management. Joe has developed his own unique methodology and strategic systems, called the Transition FormulaTM, to create customized plans for each distinct situation and needs as posed by his clients.
Joe believes that charity and giving are a “part of the whole” in the ultimate financial process and thus serves as a volunteer on numerous Boards and charitable organizations including Rotary, WAIT Training and ROAR®. As founder and CEO of the organization ROAR®: Awakening The Lion Within, Joe is redefining retirement and life transitions by helping people to rediscover their passions and ultimately find new purpose and fulfillment. In 2008 Joe co-authored the book, The Caterpillar That Roared, (currently available at Amazon.com) as a springboard to the understanding of ROAR®.
Our staff is comprised of a mix of extremely talented and experienced professionals with specialized disciplines. Each department supports the specific needs of our clients including; portfolio analysis and transactions, personal customer representation, scheduling, reports, mortgage control, and financial planning and insurance needs. In addition, advisory consultants are used for legal, accounting, and insurance services – each required to uphold our integrity and professional standards as stated in Joseph S. Holly Glass – Director of Financial Planning
Holly received her degree in Business and Finance, passed the CPA examination, and worked as an investment advisor before being lured into the real estate development industry. Working as a Controller and Finance Director on projects in excess of $50 million, she has over 25 years experience in various functions of the financial industry. Working in conjunction with Joe, Holly analyzes researches and develops financial and retirement plans based on individual client needs. Designed specifically to enhance each unique situation, every scenario is performance optimized. Maximizing each dollar to its infinite return, she works to massage and implement a variety of strategies within the definition of retirement goals and needs. “Define a dream and we will design a future.” |

Erin Daugherty – Director of Client Relations
Erin brings a diverse business background to JSS with a concentration in business development and client relations. She has worked in various industries including financial service and insurance, health & beauty, and mental health and counseling. She has held a series 7 license, Life, Health, Property and Casualty licenses and has a B.A. degree in psychology from Humboldt State University. She develops and facilitates all marketing and prospecting efforts, client events, internal information systems and manages all client relations including implementation and follow up of custom service. She is the main contact for any requests, concerns or questions regarding your experience with Joseph S. Sturniolo & Associates, Inc. |

Margaret Morrison – Executive Assistant
Margaret is responsible for all administrative duties relating to the front office, including; scheduling all of Joe’s appointments, maintaining his calendar, hosting our clients, answering phones, maintaining files and keeping the office organized and efficient. Previously Margaret worked in customer service, primarily in the medical field. |
